Discovery: Group planning meetings to discuss design updates and photo shoots.

Development: Design and share rough wires. Attend photo shoots and help provide art direction—capturing brand-right photography shot to the necessary specs. Ensure photography feels cohesive while capturing a balance of roles, locations and people.

Design: Iterate with photo selects in layout. Update type throughout to align with new brand style guide. Ensure designs are cohesive throughout the user’s experience from social, email, to the landing page experience. Present design concepts to Creative Director and CMO. Address any revisions. Present final creative to leaders.

Delivery: Ensure all assets are pixel-perfect and retouched images are plugged in. Export and optimize web images and email slices. Share files with dev team via Figma or Zeplin.
